SHIPPING POLICY

 

We start processing your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes after an order has been placed, including changes to the delivery address.

The products will be shipped to the address you provided to us at check-out. We only ship orders during business days and do not arrange shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer complimentary express DHL shipping with all Yousef Akbar orders placed through yousefakbar.com. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and that all orders require a signature upon delivery. Once orders are processed your parcel will be delivered within 3-7 business days, note timeframes given are an estimate only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer complimentary express DHL shipping with all Yousef Akbar orders placed through yousefakbar.com. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and that all orders require a signature upon delivery. Once orders are processed your parcel will be delivered within 2-10 business days, note timeframes given are an estimate only. Please note duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

RETURNS

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Yousef Akbar. Please select the item(s) and size(s) carefully as each item is made to order and we are unable to make changes to your order once the order is placed/purchased. We do not offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any items purchased online unless deemed faulty.

Australian purchases are final sales, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yousef Akbar provides full refunds for Goods purchased online if the items are faulty. Items that are damaged by you, or showing wear and tear are not faulty.
Yousef Akbar reserves the right to repair minor defects in items returned as faulty.  You acknowledge and agree that you are obliged to accept items which have been the subject of any such minor repair.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
